After CBI, ED Disappoints AP CM Jagan

AP CM YS Jagan faced yet another setback in the disproportionate assets case. Jagan has filed a petition for personal exemption in the Enforcement Directorate cases against him and mentioned in the petition that he would be sending a representative from Jagathi Publications which Jagan owns.

The court had a deep look into Jagan's petition but was not convinced with the AP CM's plea. Squashing the petition, the court asked Jagan to appear before the court without fail. On Friday Jagan was supposed to make his presence before the CBI court in Hyderabad but he skipped it.

This is for the second time Jagan was denied personal exemption. Earlier the CBI court did not accept Jagan's absence in the CBI cases against him and now it was the turn of ED.
