First woman bank discriminates South India

First woman bank discriminates South India

This is the time of disparities and discrimination in our country. A new state is slated for formation on the same grounds. Even at such circumstances the Union Government never hesitates to take more hasty decisions exposing their discriminative attitudes. South India was being ignored by all the Union Governments right from the day of independence. Today Government has launched the first nationalized Bank specialized for woman. It is named as Bharatiya Mahila Bank.

On the eve of Birth anniversary of Indira Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, chair person of UPA, and Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister has launched the main branch of the bank located in Mumbai through video conference. This will serve to the needs of women and will spread its branches all over India.

To the dismay of the public, the bank is starting its seven branches today. Only one of them is in South India. The seven branches are at Kolkatha, Delhi, Gowhati, Indore, Chennai, Ahmadabad, Lucknow. Four major states of South India was given only one branch, many people are questioning.

Union Governments discriminating South India is not new, they add, quoting many such examples from the past.
