Baahubali Producer's Simple Satire On Ala & Sarileru

Baahubali Producer's Simple Satire On Ala & Sarileru

Sometimes, few producers know how to respond to things, and their short response will have thousands of meanings to decipher. One such sensible, simple and a producer with loads of ethics is none other than Shobhu Yarlagadda, the man who made Baahubali along with partner Prasad.

As social media loving Shobu is on Twitter, a netizen asked him, if he knows about the story of #RRR being a great friend of Rajamouli from a long time. Responding to that, Shobu tweeted back, "No, I don't know the story and infact I have been to shooting of #RRR on only 1 day !  But I can confidently say that it will be an "Industry Hit" without an "*"! "

Of course, he has implied that #RRR will become an industry hit beating 'Baahubali' 1 and 2. But in the recent times, both the movies Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Sarileru Neekevvaru started claiming their "Industry Hit" status by putting an asterisk (*) at the end where they say "Non BB" or "Non BB2". In the wake of such things, Shobu's comment is being seen as a satire by that section of fans who didn't love the way Ala and Sarileru claimed industry hit status.

On the other hand, #RRR is set for January 8th, 2021 release.
