The family members of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy staged a protest at Ram Charan's office in Hyderabad on Sunday. They alleged that Ram Charan had promised to financially assist them for taking the story of Uyyalawada to make a feature film. But till now they did not get any sort of support from the mega hero. When tried to contact, manager of Ram Charan reportedly threatened them.
Issuing a clarification on this, the Konidela Production Company said they are ready to hold talks with Uyyalawada family members and also denied threatening any of them. "A film on a historic personality can be made after 100 years of the individual's death. As the matter is in court, we are also ready to have a word with the protestors to settle the issue at the earliest," said representatives on behalf of Konidela Production Company.
Despite this issue hitting the headlines, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are yet to make a comment. Uyyalawada family members want only the mega heroes to respond as don't have any trust on the mediators.
