The lyrics of Vijay Deverakonda's 'What The F' from his forthcoming romantic drama "Geetha Govindam" have kicked up a storm. As soon as the issue broke out, the film's makers have reacted swiftly and took the damage-control steps.
It is learnt that the full credit goes to Mega Producer Allu Aravind who acted timely in the issue. Even before it snowballed into major controversy, Aravind has intervened in the issue and directed the makers to immediately change the lyrics of the song.
"Aravind garu never encourages any such communal disharmony. Even he is against to unwarranted controversies surrounding his films. As soon as he learned about such critical comments about the song, he immediately asked the makers to pull out the song and told them to up it only after the lyrics are changed," said a source in the know.
"Taking away the song from YouTube and other sources certainly causes some financial loss. After creating buzz and announcing the release of the song, taking away the song even before anyone demanded for so is a bold move. Again, Aravind garu took the decision on own. And the entire team stood by his decision," added the source.
The issue over the lyrics of 'What The F' sung by Vijay and written by Sri Mani were found fault by Gulte. Responding to it, Allu Aravind has kept his honour.
