Despite various measures taken by the film industry, the piracy bug is still troubling the directors and producers of high-budget movies. On a surprising note, a German-based Tech company TECXIPIO has revealed the top 10 list of films that are highly downloaded and viewed. They revealed that they have put a track on this list, to just know the demand for Telugu movies in worldwide.
As per the reports, Baahubali: The Conclusion film was downloaded by 9.37 million people and it is in the top position. It was followed by Duvvada Jagannadham with 1.7 million downloads, Arjun Reddy with 1.4 million, Fidaa with 1.15 million, Khaidi No. 150 with one million. On other hand films like Ninnu Kori was downloaded by 899,978 people and, Nenu Local by 869,978, Lie by 841,974, Nene Raju Nene Mantri by 831,974, and Raja The Great by 774,121 people.
When compared to Bollywood film Raees, the piracy print of Baahubali Hindi version is highly downloaded with 6.2 million shares worldwide. The reports also shared that the most of the downloads are from India and especially from places like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam, Vijayawada, and Mumbai.
They also revealed some shocking facts like DJ pirated version has surfaced on social media from the second day itself and most of the shares for Ninnu Kori movie are from Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru.
Aren't they shocking? Well, we have to wait and see when the film industry will get a relief from this piracy bug.
